Project Description
Major renovation of a house in Middle Park. Front existing section and new first floor extension received designer panels and Hydrotherm Towel Rails. New ground floor extension is heated via hydronic in-slab heating. With no service area to fit the condensing hydronic boiler, it was located inside the roof along with the partage kit to separate the Panels and Slab systems. Two strategically placed thermostats will run the systems at independent times and temperatures.
