New home by Vital Build, fitted throughout with Bosch Buderus radiators and stunning Matt Black towel rails. The Bosch condensing boiler is the combi type which takes care of domestic hot water of the property as well as hydronic heating. The main living area has potential to overheat with a gas fire place so a Thermostatic head was fitted to this radiator to help control the heat output. First floor bedrooms were also treated with thermostatic heads. To avoid bringing hydronic pipes through cavity sliders, floor mounted (HF) towel rails were adopted which allowed pipes to come through the floor.
