Existing two storey home installed with hydronic heating throughout. Took three days from start to finish. All panels for ground floor were piped under the floor. First floor panels were made possible by running pipe externally with penetrations through to each room. Weatherproof capping ensures a neat finish and longevity of the insulated pipes.
An interesting feature of this system is the Bosch Buderus 600 x 2600 panel fitted to the kitchen bench. This utilization of space frees up any walls for furniture.
The boiler, a high efficiency Bosch 30 Condensing boiler, was fitted just outside the kitchen were we tapped into the existing gas and water feeds under the house. During the same visit, we arranged for our electrician to extend an external power point to the boiler. Our plumber Tom has done a fantastic job, in particular the neat pipe work to the boiler in plumbing terms…. is a work of art!!
